hi i’m maru i make music that sounds like me :) it’s hard to describe the genre because it kinda changes all the time. i grew up on 90s dance, emotional pop, and whatever else made life feel cinematic. so now i make stuff that’s a bit of all that. sometimes big and dramatic, sometimes soft and honest.

i’ve always looked up to people like freddie mercury and madonna artists who really meant it when they performed. that’s what i try to do. just be real and say what i need to say, even if it’s messy or extra or unexpectedly deep.
